My visit to Great Clips in Hudson, NH was great. The young lady was very pleasant and we had a nice conversation. I don’t like it when the person cutting my hair doesn’t talk. I wanted a simple buzz cut for the very first time in my adult life and and she did a great job.

They have great stylists and they always do really well with feedback and corrections if needed. Now for the bad, Greatclips as a company needs to step up and revitalize there software. It should represent times based on the integration of the stylist schedules. This would help accurately help with customer traffic and prevent wait times from displaying 10 minutes to 45 minutes when a stylist has finished their shift.

First time visit - online check in was amazing! Puts you in the que - when I arrived I waited two minutes and then was in the chair! Liz was amazing! Gave me tons of information about my hair! I have really curly hair snd she gave me an amazing cut! Gave me EXACTLY what i asked for! I will be back!!!

My son has extremely thick coarse curly hair and I usually let it grow out. He's been wanting it short and this is the place he chose. I have never had any issues here ever. I love it here. I just want to shine a light on the beautiful workmanship of this salon (specifically the girl from today) and praise their patience, kindness and empathy to kids who don't sit still during haircuts. They do an amazing job every single time and I always love the final result.
